Founder Stephen Rudin graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine where he received his M.D. degree. He is does not offer medical services of any kind at EFCNY.

This website (www.efcny.com) has been prepared by EFCNY for informational purposes about EFCNY's programs and is not to be taken or used as personal advice. All such information is not intended to create, and receipt of it does not create, any contractual, fiduciary or other relationship on which the user can or should rely. Engagement of EFCNY for services can only be obtained by agreement to a formal written contract with EFCNY unique to a particular individual.
